Designations
- To earn a designation, a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. Karen currently holds Accredited Buyer Reprsentative (ABR) , Ceritified Residential Specialist (CRS) , and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and acquired the GRI from Graduate Real Estate Institute. She has also been a licensed pre-license instructor in the state of Illinois.
